These visitor conditions apply to GBD Events B.V. (Chamber of Commerce number 90115376), located in Zaandam, the Netherlands, regarding agreements with attendees of the event Resurrexion — celebrating 15 years of Radical Redemption (28 November 2026, Werkspoorkathedraal, Utrecht).
1 — Definitions
- GBD Events: the limited liability company GBD Events B.V., based at Kleine Tocht 7-C, 1507 CB Zaandam.
- Visitor: any natural person attending the event or present at the event location.
- Event: a music performance, concert, dance event or other manifestation organised by GBD Events.
- Event location: the venue where the event takes place.
- Admission ticket: proof of authorisation to enter the event location.
- Ticket price: the cost of admission, excluding service fees.
- Website: event.radicalredemption.nl, www.gearboxdigital.com and related event websites.
2 — Applicability
These conditions apply to all agreements between GBD Events and visitors. GBD Events may modify these terms with advance notice via its website. Visitors must object within 10 working days or are deemed to accept the changes.
3 — Offers and Agreement Formation
Information about the event and tickets is provided as accurately as possible, although GBD Events assumes no liability for inaccuracies. An agreement is formed when a visitor pays for a ticket at an authorised sales point.
4 — Access and Tickets
Visitors must present valid identification and a valid ticket when entering. Tickets are non-transferable personal documents and remain the property of GBD Events. Tickets must be obtained exclusively through GBD Events or authorised resellers to guarantee validity. Risk of loss, theft or damage transfers to the visitor upon receipt.
5 — Resale Prohibition
Reselling tickets through unauthorised channels is prohibited. Unauthorised resale can result in ticket invalidation and fines of €100 per ticket. Authorised resale must stay within the approved price ranges based on the base ticket price.
6 — Liability
Visitors assume all risk while at the event location. GBD Events is not liable for cancellation, modification or relocation except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Maximum compensation for lost property is €250 upon presentation of proof of purchase.
7 — Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
GBD Events may modify, cancel or reschedule the event. Only full cancellations warrant ticket refunds (excluding service fees). Visitors must independently verify event status changes.
8 — House Rules
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- No recording (photos / video) without permission.
- GBD Events retains the rights to all official recordings.
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- Prohibited items: glass, weapons, fireworks, drugs, outside food or beverages, and animals.
- Security searches may be required.
- No damage to venue property.
- Consumption vouchers are non-refundable.
9 — Force Majeure
GBD Events is not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including pandemics, strikes and extreme weather.
10 — Privacy and Personal Data
Visitor data is processed according to Dutch data-protection law and the GBD Events privacy policy available on the website.
11 — Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the event by email to info@outlawevents.nl.
12 — Disputes
Dutch law applies exclusively. All disputes are subject to the courts in Midden-Nederland.
13 — Payment Terms
Partial payments require full settlement within 7 days. Failure to pay forfeits the deposit.
14–16 — Pandemic Provisions
GBD Events may cancel the event or modify the house rules due to pandemic restrictions. The website and social media channels provide official updates.
